By accessing or using ToonPlay at toonplay.fun, or by using the ToonPlay mobile app for Android or iOS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use ToonPlay on any platform.

2. Description of Service

ToonPlay is an AI-generated cartoon video platform that provides curated, entertaining cartoon content created using artificial intelligence technologies. The platform allows users to browse, watch, and interact with AI-generated cartoon videos. Browsing and watching require no account: ToonPlay uses an anonymous, device-based session to personalize your experience. You may optionally sign in with Google or Facebook to unlock features such as liking videos.

3. Accounts and Sign-In

If you sign in with Google or Facebook, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and that you are entitled to use that provider account. You are responsible for activity that takes place through your ToonPlay account. You can sign out at any time, and you may ask us to delete your account and its associated data by contacting contact@toonplay.fun. We may suspend or remove an account that is used in breach of these terms.

4. Analytics and Measurement

By using ToonPlay you acknowledge that we measure how the platform is used, including through third-party analytics and session-recording tools that capture interactions such as clicks, taps and scrolling. The mobile apps additionally display advertising and report crashes. What is collected, who processes it, and how to opt out are described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

5. User Conduct

When using ToonPlay, you agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
• Attempt to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security of, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the service.
• Use any automated system, including bots, crawlers, or scrapers, to access the service without our express written permission.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service.
• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from ToonPlay without prior written consent.
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any access restrictions or content protection mechanisms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on ToonPlay, including but not limited to videos, images, graphics, text, logos, and the overall design of the platform, is the property of ToonPlay or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The AI-generated cartoon videos and all associated materials are provided for personal, non-commercial viewing only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our service or included content without our explicit written permission.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

All cartoon videos and visual content on ToonPlay are generated using artificial intelligence technologies. As such, the content may occasionally contain inaccuracies, unexpected elements, or artifacts inherent to AI generation. ToonPlay does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content. The characters, stories, and scenarios depicted in AI-generated videos are fictional and are not intended to represent real people, events, or entities.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ToonPlay and its operators, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the service. ToonPlay is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to ToonPlay at our sole discretion, without notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Your continued use of ToonPlay after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
